Making A Template

How Do I Make A Template For Clipshare? And Add Diffrent Css To it? I added a css and it didn't work. FOr some reason. Can some one Please Find me a guide, Tutorial, Tips, Pictures Etc.?

Edit the /templates/ .tpl files

I know, After I made this post, I Found that out. I Drew the Index.tpl File First And Now I am going to make tht. Thanks For the Answer. I really Appreciate this. This is the Sketch...

Can .tpl files be edited vifualy or only in code mode?

you can copy and paste the tpl code into dreamweaver and edit. Opening up a file via dreamweaver will only allow you to edit the code so that is why you need to copy and paste.
