Default My New Website

Hey folks.....This is my first Clip-Share website......I just modified what was there and added a little of my own flare.

I can't wait till the full CSS version so that i can get really creative. This is a great script for the most part and it was worth the purchase in my mind.

I am going to work on a custom rating system. The website is for sharing whitwater kayak videos plus there is a competition starting up to help push the boundries of our spot to a new level.

The ranking system i will be working on will judge 5 different aspects and tally a score. If anyone has any suggestions on a quick rating modification please pass along.

looks nice, just a few bits need editing
in the last 5 users online
the graphics there for movies, favorites and friends, the backgrounds to those pictures is white, it kinda stands out

also your top graphic (head.jpg)
is far too big, sure its a nice graphic but its on every page causes people to scroll down, and its not a good statistic but its very true.. when people get sent a link (in this case to a video on your site) they are gonna open it, see theres no video and close it.. people are too lazy to scroll down hehe, plus after the intro page ya already seen the graphic, scrolling down on every page just to see the video would bug people i think

just my opinion tho hehe
hope gave ya some good feedback

Default Thanks for the Feedback.

I see where your going with it. Sometimes i forget that not everyone has a 24 inch screen Mac.

Those suggestions are most helpful and i will implement those changes in te near future. I am mainly focusing on the rating script at the moment.

Cheers,

Dustin
