ClipPitch.com theme for sale!!!!

Hey, I am privately selling the current theme I created for www.clippitch.com

The theme is very clean and fast loading. It was fun to create and has landed me a bunch of member signups but I get bored of my designs very quickly and am in the midsts of revamping clippitch again! For everyone curious on what the new CP is going to look like, you can see it here:

Now how much do I want for the clippitch theme?

I am asking a reasonable price, not to high, not to low, this will result in only real buyers wanting to use the layout and not allowing it to get saturated.

So the price is:

$100

What do you get?

You get all the template files, images, php pages, css, and all PSD files used to create this theme and to also make it easier for you to modify it if you want.

Also, if you want logo change, and other miscellaneous graphics located on the template to match your website name, I can do that editing for $10 extra.

If your interested, please let me know. If someone offers me a nice chunk of change I might consider selling the theme only to that person. But it would have to be a very reasonable price.

It will most likely be done using tables

CSS does not improve anything really, I have been doing SEO for a handfull of years now, getting backlinks gets you results, CSS only let's your page load faster.

CSS also isn't stable for most browsers

I simply don't want to have tons of confusing code. I want to change things easily...

even with css, clipshare has over 50 templates to modify, how can you consider that easy?

true, the only thing css allows you to change easily is the backgrounds, colour and text in the css file. What any normal tabled template with xhtml & css will also allow.

If your hatred towards tables comes from your experience with the green clipshare template then please go read what real html & css should be because the green template provided is not a valid example.
