Installing email verification bugfix
I know it can be downloaded etc! But how do I install it? Helpdesk has no postings about that. I am not a programmer. I am a TV producer and know very little about this. That's why I used the clipshare configuration services I assume a just look for the file on the server, and replace it with the bugfix. I do not want to mess things up though. It is also strange that my software was installed after the bugfix was released. Couldn't the right version have been installed in the first place?

It means you have a different problem than the one that bugfix covers.
That bugfixes simply make the link in the email hyperlinked, so you don't need to copy+paste it in the browser.
