Need custom design and Logo

Hello.

I'm trying to get my site www.laughtube.com launched. I had the site running with a different script before and it was fairly simple. However now, I bought clip-share, and a couple mods, but I'm having trouble with the following.

a) Need help installing FFMPEG and the other requirements. I tried with the pre-installed automation pack referred to in these forums, but the FFMPEG is not working correctly

b) Need a totally custom layout design, as well as logo created.

Who could possibly help, and what would you charge.

I recently had my logo made by logonerds : just love it. They are really good and fast.
