Need a "widget" of recent videos, popular videos, etc

I need a mod and am willing to pay well for it if necessary. I'd like to be able to offer other websites in my niche some "widgets" that they could use on their site to display something like the 10 most recent videos, or the 10 highest rated videos, etc. Ideally they would just choose the number of thumbnails to display (4,6,10), choose the type of videos (most recent, highest rated, etc), and then be given a snippet of javascript to use on their site.

Anyone interested?
