Need a mod to upload and attach a document

I am running Clip-Share 4.1.5 When a user edits their profile I need to provide an option that allows them to attach a small document such as a Word doc, Excel file or a pdf. I’m not interested in attaching images, I just want to make a document available for download or displaying.

I would like this to work like the existing feature to attach an avatar. Or like the feature provided in this forum for vBulletin attachments. By the way - I have vBulletin so if there is a way to use that existing functionality let me know via PM or email.

Update: I have found a developer for this project.
