Complete work on channel level payment gateway (pay-per-channel)

I had contracted with a senior member from this forum to create a channel level payment gateway (pay per channel) which is 85% done but he seems to have disappeared before the work has been completed.

Only a few bugs / enhancements remain:

1. Automatic subscriber activation after (paypal) payment does not seem to work (most important)
2. Add ability to edit the package/expiration date of a Subscriber (i.e. Actions: "edit package")
3. Ability to add a PPV channel subscriber via the siteadmin
4. Automatically send email to a subscriber informing them that their subscription is about to expire
5. Add Channel, Expiry Time, Status, etc. to Subscriber / User Search

Please PM me if you think you can complete the work on this (at least #1 for now)
