Clipshare Guru needed - ASAP

My company is looking to hire a freelancer programmer who knows Clipshare and PHP inside and out. Basically, we have an existing Clipshare 4.0 site, but they want to roll it back to a previous version. We have the files for the old site, but when we copy them over the server will not recognize several things. We can pay by credit card or paypal, whichever you prefer.
