We are looking for programmers to join the ClipShare team. If you are interested please send a note to office@clip-share.com. Let us know about yourself, your hobbies, your projects and your experience. Be prepared for a skill assessment.

Requirements (in no particular order):

- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- Very well versed in Object Oriented PHP programming
- Must know MySQL
- Must have Javascript/Ajax experience
- Must have CSS experience
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills
- Must be familiar with GNU/Linux and Open Source
- Must have experience with ClipShare software
- Ability to follow *strict* standards set by the project
- Must be willing to work on the help desk and forums
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Must be nice, friendly, stable and easy to get along with
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism
- Must be mature and responsible
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must be prepared to work in what is a sometimes stressful and amazingly busy environment
