Need Clip Share programmer guru to help with Mod/Perl Script for FLV downloading

I ran across this post and .zip download script in the forums:

It basically says this:

We'd like to use this on a Clip Share 2.6 site for our client. Anyone interested in helping out? Please give us your estimate to help tweak this script and assist in using it.
