Designer needed to custom design Clip Share 2.6

Hi,
I'm looking for programmer/designer to custom design my site to look similar to www.godtube.com, but my site contents is like you tube.
Also i want to add additional tabs (see below) and some links at the bottom of the site to add more policies and copy right notice.

Also I need some additional Tabs to be added
Add Music Tab
- People can listen to music and can buy music for the site via Pay Pal
Night Life Tab
- People can locate events and see pictures

Sports Tab - All sports events (With video and pictures) will be posted on this area
Bars & Clubs Tab - People can located local Bars and Clubs and can see pictures and videos
Additional links at the bottom of the site to post more Policies.

Big thousands of USD was put into GodTube I'm sure.
You must have idea, be sure of what you plan and a good budget of course.
And what GodTube has was not achieved in one step.
