Home page & community page customization

Good afternoon everyone,

We are looking to hire a web designer/programmer who would like to assist on a project that involves modification to a 2.6 version of our clipshare site to cover 3 changes/modifications to the site to span over the course of the next couple of months (not all at once):

1) Redesigning our home page for a slightly different custom look. We want to use some of the design already apart of the darkmatter template and create some new areas of the page as well. I am assuming this will involve creating a new css style page?? I have a photoshop creation to give you an idea of what we are looking for.

2) Redesigning the community page (more specifically the individual profile page) into something that is easier to read and offers a better presentation).

3) Assisting us in creating a pay media section to the site. More specifically, the ability for me to move our entire .wmv catalog (that exist at Brightcove) over to this server, have a video player that will play the wmv files and have customer pay via the pay pal integration set up within clipshare and then view the videos of their choice on the site. This by far will be the toughest part of the project and is last on the list.

Before you post your offer it would be good to get familiar with ClipShare as it seems you have no CS projects to show.
Drawing is one thing but implementing it into dozens of ClipShare smarty templates is complete different.

This is not your request to find a designer / programmer so unless you got something to offer this member above, I would suggest you keep to yourself and stop trying to add post to your account here at clip-share.com

Your problem is that you have nothing to show related to ClipShare script.
So you won't stop me from saying this: "beware of designers and programmers that never worked with ClipShare script!"
But if you show us any working CS project - I will gladly say "Welcome" then.

you make it sound like clipshare is a site that only takes "Qualified People" to modify? I will bet your sweet ass I got people who could make clipshare look like a terd floating in a swimming pool. I don't need your lame excuse / judgment about what I am / am not capable of doing.

Well I received no reply from Jeromedia after requesting a quote for services and scope of his knowledge and understanding. I guess that in itself says a lot. And the search continues....
