Issues with hosting
An update from my hosting choice Xila: Xila seems like a great hosting company and they are pleasant when it comes to customer support. However, I had a hard enough time knowing what I was doing and thought I was going nuts when I couldn't find Clip-Share on my site. I asked if they could install 2.6 for me before I signed on with them which they agreed, however when I couldn't find the file and thought I was going nuts they directed me to a tutorial about "how to find a file", when I still couldn't find it, I had asked about the 2.6 again. Another ticket and another day later they informed me that it was not on my site and asked if I wanted it installed :/. I asked again today after not hearing form them and the response I received 24 hours later was that they were running behind and would take another 24 to 48 hours to get to it. Hopefully they count weekends. Then they asked me to upload Clip-Share again. Overall not too satisfied with them. I might change over after a few months but want to give them a chance. Just an fyi for anyone still looking for a host.
