You have defined Comunity, and I agree. But would you define HelpDesk as a one way communication channel?

I have placed more than 5 tickets 15 days ago, and no answer.

By the way, the Pixel Ads Comunity had active members (us clients), but the missing part was the Pixel Ads people.

I hope at least you are being treated better than us here.
