It has been an experience so far having this software
After originally installing it the site crashed 3 times and NOBODY was able to tell me why.
Now that it seems to be running smoothly the latest problem is that after my visitors upload a Video it shows thumbnails of another Video.
Anybody has any idea what that could be or how to fix it?

MAybe try to reinstall script from clean package and import your users and videos tables to database, then check if it work after reloading thumbs

Diego. Each time a video is uploaded to your site, it is first stored on the /video folder and flvtool2 then converts to flv and moves the converted video to the /flvideo folder and JPEG Support helps create a thumb.

With that in mind. the first thing you should check is the /video folder make sure there are no videos there. The only file in that folder should be index.php because your flvtool2 may convert any of those videos there thus assigning a different Thumb
