Assembling relevant keywords on the cheap
One of the best tools I have found for finding highly relevant keywords is the free Google Adwords keyword tool. Even though it is primarily used by people interested in adwords ppc advertising, you can also use this to help your organic searches as well.

Agree. Ever since I got started with my SEO, this is the only tool I've been using.
