Hi everyone!
I have a full dedicated server that I run my websites off and I really don't use much of it's resources, even with a small clip-share site running. Here are the stats:

Dual Xenon 2.4Ghz
2GB RAM
2 x 160GB HDDs
2500GB/Month Bandwidth
All Clip-Share modules installed and runs on linux and Cpanel
Server location: Dallas, TX
All the usual datacenter security and redundancy

This thing runs me $220/month, and so I'm looking to see if anyone wants to split the "rent"? Like I said the main site (www.vanguardmovies.net) barely gets any traffic right now anyways so it definitely not a load on the server and the only other two accounts on it are two email domains with no websites. I'm looking for a couple of people that would like to colocate on this server with me and share the costs- we can negotiate a rate but I'm thinking loosely based on server resource usage (how popular your site is). I'm also willing to consider hosting people's site as they start out in exchange for advertising space- so if you're looking for REAL free hosting please consider this offer as well! Obviously if your site really picks up you'll probably want to move off to your own server (or server farm?!) and that's pretty easy to do. I think this should be a pretty good offer to have use of quite a powerful server and not have to pay tons of money! (or any at all)- plus it will be way more stable since there won't be tons of accounts on the server running weird unstable scripts. I'll also give you cPanel access and everything just like a real dedicated server.
