Closed Forums?

I am a clipshare pro owner/customer and I need access to the closed forums. I made the changes in my profile with regards to the order number and domain. I read this message posted by Danny that was taken from some kind of list of instructions on how to join the new group. The note starts out with instruction #6, so where are the other instructions.

6. Fill 'Request Reason' field with your Order Number and Licensed Domain

On all pages that you don't have access to, YOU SEE ALL STEPS, ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
