Upgrade problems from 2.6 to 4.0.7

I'm having a similar issue using the "System Check" in the admin
PHP CLI missing (/usr/bin/php)
MEncoder missing (/usr/bin/mencoder)
MPlayer missing (/usr/bin/mplayer)
FFMpeg missing (/usr/bin/ffmpeg)
FLVTool2 missing (/usr/bin/flvtool2)
Formats Error (mplayer or mencoder not installed)!

Videos upload and play using the same Media Settings paths that worked from the 2.6 install.

Regarding the other post about the settings not taking - what happened with me was the mysql update file duplicated the settings in sconfig, so when the script reads the sconfig table there are actually two values and the one you change in the admin may not be the last one read from the table. Check table sconfig for duplications.

Installed ClipShare 4.1.4 and facing the following problem.

I have da same problem ..

n i try to upload some video..
its upload fine ..but when i try to play da video its doen't play its just show da black media player.

So you say you installed clipshare.
And never read script's requirements?

Everyone can read it before buying the script - if someone really bought the script.
