Considering the work and money that went into the site and also the growing popularity we would like at the very least 3000. With the ads the site pretty much pays for itself and of course eventually may make us regret we ever sold it to begin with.

This is highly reasonable.

Are templates a big thing with clipshare because I can easily create godtube clones or nice templates?

Should I market the Peep one and if so how much? I haven't the slightest idea what to reasonably charge for a template like that. Mod filled isnt the word.

Yes I meant market. Please create nice once but not geared toward adult sites. I thuink $50.00 is reasonlable (my opinion). A lot of peope on this forum are trying to sell some code but asking too much. If you do good work and charge a desent price, you will have a lot clients including me.

A website is typically valued at 10 month's profit, so for example, $200 - Hosting fees x 10 = ?

That's just a general rule of thumb though, things change if the site is steadily earning more income or if it can be properly optimized for revenue.
