Hello ClipShare Staff,

We've recently purchased ClipShare Pro4, and I have to say I'm very impressed with what I see.

We've also purchased your Youtube grabber plugin. It worked great till yesterday, but today it gives me "Failed to download video file from youtube!" error. I don't know what's going on here?

Did Youtube change something? is this plugin not useful anymore? That would mean a huge disappointment for us.

And I also wonder how long it will take to get a message back from your support department. I applied for an access to the customers group on this forum today, and I also created an account for your support ticket system. And I emailed you some questions 3 days ago. I still didn’t received anything, so I thought I just drop a message here.

We’re so excited with this script. We want to start NOW. Hope you could help us out

Hi,

If you already wrote a ticket, please give me your ticket id. If not, please write
a ticket to the Support Department with FTP access and i will check the youtube mod problem. If youtube changed anything, i'll fix to work with the current changes.

Hi symtab,

Thanks for your fast reply.

I've registered to your Client Area this morning (Central European Time), I am still waiting for an approval. Without that I can't submit a ticket yet.

Could you approve me for that, and would you be so kind to grant me access to the "customers group" so I can view the "private" sections of this forum?

(btw, how can I edit my posts on this board?)

You can submit tickets in the Helpdesk, without being registered or approved in the Client Area. The Forum, Helpdesk and Client Area are not linked / bridged in any way.

Hi,

ERROR: Invalid Ticket Specified. You either do not have permissions to view this ticket or the ticket does not exist.

This means your ticket is not in the Support Department, once server setup/installation is finished, if you have any questions/problems write a ticket
in the Support Department and i will answer.
