I don;t mind to offend anyone with the following. I appreciate and respect you all, for your support over this and your PATIENCE, both to the way I speak sometimes and the delay of 3.0.1. But...
- Have you considered what you are getting for what you pay?
- Have you considered that you can actually talk to the Project Manager and the owner, publicly and not rely on other support staff and e-mails for support?

YES, 3.0.1 can be MUCH better.
The support system can me MUCH better.

I don't mean to say that the overly freedom and direct communication in the Forums compensate for the lack of quality,m is some fields, like the Support.
But this is a new product. Hardly a year old... Plz give us some time and some credit over this. We DO try to become better... We are proving it...

If I may suggest...do not give a release date for the next Clip-Share product until you get confirmation from each and every department you work with...Templates, Support, software and the like. Take the confirmed time of the next release date and double it. Then have a press release that will give the doubled date for the relase of the next Clip-Share 3.1.
If it comes out out time, you kept your word...if it comes out early, you're a hero!
By the way, Clip-Share is a great product and if I knew anything about scripts; which I don't..then I'm sure I would appreciate it more.
Ps. Can you throw in a bottle of Tylenol with each release..I'm sure it would help

Thanks, but I don't drink. If I did, 3.0.1 would come out with like 100+ bugs in the code... :P

Well said, big pimpin. In fact, when the Vista Templates come out (if I can actually get the script installed and working properly) Clip-share can expect us to order our THIRD license. I have faith in the company again based on the new features of the software and on recent changes you and Danny have made to how you deal with people. It seems we're all headed in a positive direction.

You can't do that, actually? You can't hold off on giving a public release date until every part of your team has signed off on the software? Ok. I'm gonna leave you alone on that one. Stick with development.
