Well, don't you think that there is a limit for everything?

I have been quiet and calm, waiting and waiting without complain, but how long can I carry on without saying anything?

A don't know what is Danny doing, and frankly I don't even care, what I care though, is that my website is half done and I cannot broadcast yet because the final version is not out yet, not even a decent template.

Aryos did an amazing job, and so Danny, but while Aryos is interacting with us on trying to answering our questions, (I admit sometime stupid questions), Danny is disappeared, I want to think that he is working hard to release the last version but, day by day I am starting to doubting that.

We are all business people, and I think some of you agree with me, that this is a very wrong way to do business.

This is a community-oriented forum and I could have chosen to not even read a single post inhere, let alone answer and interact.

First of all, if you have a large mission-critical site, you should not have updated to 3.0.1, as you knew this is an Rc version and every single file could be changed, so you would lose your customization/MODs. If it is about a fresh install, your wait is over (see end of the message).
You can make your own template, if you don't like the default ones, I'm not saying this ironically, just business-wise. We build a generic product for most people to use, not meet specific needs of every businessman. If someone doesn't like the products, he doesn't use it. If he like it, he does. It is not proper to demand for specific features to cover one's needs. however, we have proved to respect the opinions of the user-community and have integrated many features asked for. Concerning the templates specifically, the Vista ons for 3.0.1 are around 60% done and should be released soon.

Danny is working hard, trust me on that. An announcement is to be made when it is to be made, not when people demand this announcement.

Current status is that 3.0.1 is finalized many days ago and at the exact time that I'm writing this post, Danny is still editing the main site pages, to conform to the new features of 3.0.1 and server requirements. When editing is done and the pages are uploaded, official release of 3.0.1 will follow immediately. I can't bug Danny every now and then to ask how the HTML coding is doing for the pages, I believe it should be ready by tomorrow, with a slight chance for today.

Thanks for the update. It is appreciated that you address peoples concerns rather then leave them hanging. We understand you guys are very busy... and need time to get things resolved etc, but it is also very important to keep your clients in the loop of what is going on as these changes do affect ones business etc.

i have a question for u aryos. 2 weeks ago i amde new page and i used 3.01.rc i didnt change templates cuz iam waiting for final release. Could i keep all my data when i will upgrade on final? i dont want to lose all data an members.

This is great news!

Please don't take the impatience of certain individuals in a negative way. Look at it as a compliment. You have a great product and your customers can't wait to get their hands on it. However, in order to keep it to a minimum, you might want to refrain from such statements as it being "ready tomorrow", as long as you aren't certain. Such statements just fuel the fire, when tomorrow comes and goes and still now CS3 final.

I too belong to the group of people here waiting to for the final release to launch my site. It seems absurd to start a site if an older version when the new version is completed. I am trying my best to be patient, after all, it is the season to be jolly.

Honestly, unless they made major changes to the database going from RC to final, which is unlikely, I don't see why you would loose anything during the uprade.
