franbc, you'd be better off starting a new topic in the appropriate forum for this problem. It does indeed sound like a server setup issue.

check your php.ini setting and like danny said FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.
If your sever is setup right it works if it's not than you're gonna have problems.

I sent a PM to Danny with my php.ini info. I'm checking it but all is correct.. I think my server is Ok.

I sent the HTML of config to the serveradmin and he installed all and configurated the php.ini for my server

Follow this way: ClipShare Pro -> Distribution -> ClipShare Pro 3.0(STABLE)

And you should see the "ClipShare Pro 3.0 Final (Build 20).rar" file :)
