Ho about serverA config and serverB config both saved in in main config file, putting the upload page as an ifram to serverB where it has a copy of serverB config from serverA.
User goes to site, sya myvids.tv. Config tells user that main pages are here, but also tells to load serverB config, which tell thepath of uploads.
User goes to upload page, serverB config dicatates that the ifram is to load from serverB's configured domain, sub or something like myRussianvideos.net.
The 2 servers databases are linked, sharing data between them. So a user uploads, the video is uploaded diretly to the myrussianvideos.net server, and entry placed in its db and another in myvids.tv db. Once upload is finished, redirect happens and redirect sback to myvids.tv.
User goes to video pages, and videos , controlled by serverb config are comming right from ServerB while the user is viewing the actual php pahe which resides on serverA.

Seems like it shoudl work to me real easy using i frames and a secondary config and correctly linking the 2 databases.
