What the $%@$ is the hold up?

I've been waiting for this god damn template for months. Will you get off your asses and release 3.0 already? Otherwise I'm charging back the software this week! I mean how hard is it to design a template?!?!??!?

stop mouthin off, i can imagine what its like for them, i have been designing my own for my site for about a month and i'm still only halfway there. They have to run everything, do tickets, etc etc if your so bothered make one yourself it's not rocket science!

I'm a little disappointed as well. The website list a whole bunch of features for the Pro version, but sells you version 2.6 that doesn't have even half of the features that the v 3.0 has. They also entice you to buy with the nice looking vista template, but again this is for the v 2.6, not 3.0.

I bought Clipshare Pro based on the features and the Vista template. Turns out you can't use the features unless you use v 3.0 and then you have a unattractive looking template to use.

Very misldeading, and a little shady.

I thought they were turning it into 2.7.
I have access to 3.0, and so does all the older customers, if you are not getting access i dont imagine you are getting it , probably 2.7 when it comes out, and i think it is what you are refering to, all the 3.0 functions with the vista like template?? Dont quote me on this though.

No I do have access to 3.0. That's my point. They sell you on v 2.6 as having all those features, but in reality its not until after you make the purchase that you find out 2.6 doesn't have all those features, its 3.0 that does. But 3.0 doesn't have a Vista template.

In the criminal world, this is called 'bait and switch'. They lure you in with a feature list that looks impressive, along with a nice looking template. You buy, but find out that 1) those features aren't included in what you thought you were buying and 2) if you want those features, you can't have the nice looking Vista template.

If there is a version 2.7 that is coming that has all the features of 3.0, but with the Vista skin, I'll be happy. But they shouldn't sell those features as being present in the software they are pushing on their main site when they in fact aren't included in a version that supports the templates they say go with those features.
