Need a new design

IM looking for a new, fresh look for my site. Been waiting for new 3.0 templates but it seems it's a ways off. So anybody up for the job please send quote and samples of work.

Yep that's always a pain.
Will be hard to find designer. Best if you'd already have an idea + example graphics, then only code it.
And finally I rather suggest to learn step by step how to update smarty templates and css styles as I doubt you will find a reliable designer+coder ready to spend 3-4 weeks on one project.
Each designer has always few projects opened, then some of own projects - no chance to get him working only for 1 client sooo long.

I just updated my own template. And even if it was only update - it took me nearly 2 weeks!
Of course it could be faster, but in my case it is far different than any other clipshare template, additionally I did big job to optimize all pages (not loading all css and js for each page).

Well the old 2.6 I edited just fine and I know the basics but I just don't have time. 3.0 is different but I can do it. It seems Chris is only working on 2.x and not sure why they haven't formated those templates over. Well I really want a custom look and im just hopping some programmer would be up to the task.

Is that your site - GuitarTube? Based on ClipShare script? I must compliment you on a beautiful site. It's the best video sharing site I've seen that's based on a 'youtube' clone script. Most of the other sites look, well, just like clones. Nicely done.

Yep, it's mine and it's CS.
Could be better, but this is my first experience with ClipShare...
But don't care of template so much, look at youtube, how ugly it is, or metacafe... Also both full of html errors.
I could do what I did due to some experience, especially gained while working on hundreds of my clients sites, when each was different and each client wished to have something different
