Servint Downtime

Yesterday we had about 2 hours downtime on Servint. It was first serious downtime from years!
But also this downtime showed us how serious and incredibly reliable company Servint is.
We could watch their Twitter updated continuosly, watch forum and chatbox. And there was no doubt about Servint, so they do all the best to solve the problem asap.
Did you notice all those nice people chatting? Nobody was mad, all were patient, fully trusting the Servint company.

Servint was right writing on their twitter they have best customers in the world.
But another true is that this is Servint that treats their customers with respect and does their job excellent.

I know there are many CS users on Servint, many because of my suggestion and I'm sure - nobody regrets it, same like me.
I just started 4th year with Servint and I'm not going to move anywhere else

So you must be very young or very new to hosting stuff as Servint is one of oldest (15 years) and most reputable companies.
Or maybe you were always closer to cheap shared offers that they do not offer.
