timihosting dedicated?

Hello!

I was wondering is anyone using their Athlon 64 X2 4000+ dedicated server for clipshare? And how is it running?

To timihosting:
If I purchase Athlon 64 X2 4000+ with Cpanel, I'd have to pay each month for it extra right?

And with these setting would clipshare run fine with a normal load clipshare site?
Athlon 64 X2 4000+
1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
5 IP Addresses
250GB SATA II HD
2,048 Gigabytes of Transfers

Our apologies for this late delay. We have been experiencing high volume in sales recently and we have to restock our servers 10 folds.

Yes, with cPanel you would have to pay the extra $36 per month.

Our Athlon server is good enough, but our Dual Core servers are good as well. It all depends on your budget and if you prefer AMD over Intel. All of our servers are good enough to run clipshare, therefore, it really comes down to how much and fast you want to grow.

I'm using that server to run my clipshare site. eventhough it's an amd machine, but it does a very good job.

I'm sure timihosting is good the only thing that I see bad is lack of control panels. Timihosting make some deals with cpanel or plesk and get them cheaper right now it's the only reason that's keeping me from switching.

I concur. 36 a month for cpanel is outrageous.

That's how much we get them for, however, we do make it up by lowering our dedicated server cost while provide superb customer support. I'm sure if you add up our prices with cpanel and compare it to market price, we are still a lot cheaper.

Take a look at www.server4you.net this is who I use, they give you free plesk and their prices aren't bad either.

Our cpanel has unlimited domains, if you just need 10 domains, you can get free control panels that's available installed for you such a webmin.

they're not managed but if anything ever goes wrong you send a ticket and within couple of hours they fix it for you.
Once you have it setup and secured you shouldn't have a problem with the server. Oh I"ve used them for the past 2 1/2 years.
