Vps Server Down Not Response, Higher Incompetency. Scandalous.
Poor Education From Support.

Apthost does have a few flaws, but I still think their a great Hosting company. Their cheap, they have 24hr tech support and clip-share works perfectly with them.

I just started with them and after a few problems during site transfer I would say there support was very responsive and on top of things. FAR FAR better then cirtex. CIRTEX SUCKS!

It's fine if you have a nice start with them, however it is recommended to share your positive opinion at least after few months, not after days.
This may mislead other people with signin' up...

Here is some history of chat with them regarding Clipshare Pro that is not working on their servers:

Bogdan: at least tell me which script works on your servers
Bogdan: because I want to see how your hosting works to decide if I purchase a full year or not

Still the issue persist. After 3 days after I notified them. I let them install it for me and the problem is the same. Videos are not converted/uploaded correctly. They have the WORST customer support I ever seen. Cheap and bad !

I will update you with more CHATS from them. I'm ready to report them to authorities because they say they offer something and customers don't get that. There is a law that protects customers in this kind of situations .
