I've been with apthost for about 2 or 3 months, can't really remember when I signed up. Anyway, they installed clipshare for me and it worked great. Only problem I've had is yesterday I went into my site and none of the style sheets were loading so the site looked awful. I put in a support ticket and it was fixed in about 4 hours. I think that's pretty acceptable for what I'm paying ($14 a month).

so far there support has been great for me. Well shit anything better then cirtex. Sometimes I think cirtex sent data through 2 cups and a string.

my experience was rough with apthost in the beginning. but everything is all setup and running correctly now. i have no complaints. the owner was nice and handled my situation personally. i would recommend them.

Today log in to my phpMyAdmin, and find not my database....
Nice hosting....(
It not the first time happens.
It was session bug(i think), and when they (support) login in to my account they have seen only my database and нave not believed me. Than i login after 15 min and now all fine, but how it can be, if i can watch someone database, someone can watch my?

I have had this happen to me, but only once or twice last year on a reseller account. Overall for me, they are good.

Apthost used to be good, after i switched to theplanet I realized that apthost has a very long way to go.
Yesterday i received this letter from them. Then I realized why i had problems with them. let's pray the new management change works for the best if not all their customers will be gone
