UPDATE: Guys the promotion has been extended to June 8th! However, the order form glitch has stopped working so you will be getting double-bandwidth, not triple. However, the newest update is that people buying the server mentioned are getting dual Xeon 5410 quadcores @ 2.0Ghz, this is effectively getting you DOUBLE PROCESSORS! I was helping someone choose a server and we came across a VERY interesting glitch in an order form someone... This is finally a software BUG that benefits everyone!

There are several servers at ThePlanet that by using our coupon you get double hard drives, double ram, and double bandwidth for only a very small upgrade fee- however- we found a way to make the order form give you 6TB of Bandwidth for free, which is essential triple instead of double bandwidth!

This really won't last long because I spoke with their sales associates on the phone while I was setting up their server and they said they are aware and are trying to fix the bug, but that since it comes up on the order form they are obliged to give you the deal!

This means you can get a Dual proc dual Xeon 2.0Ghz w/ 4GB RAM and 2x500GB drives (you WANT two drives, one for main drive the other as an automated backup!) and 6TB of bandwidth for under $300! I priced it out if you upgraded everything seperately, including bandwidth, and it should cost you $1149/month!

I hate to stress urgency with this, but unfortunately they could fix the form any moment (they told me tonight or tomorrow) so you should order now if you're ready. I have CONFIRMED they will grant you the 6TB because we just had one set up!

It also applies to some of the smaller servers (basically anything multi-core and up) as long as they work with the coupon on the site. So if $300 is out of your budget read ahead anyways!

Another update

At the planet, it seems they have run out of the Xeon 5130 dual-cores, so the server they just set up for a buddy was provisioned with dual 5410 2Ghz Quad-cores!

Order and see- you might get the same deal or better if they ran out of the 5410s already! lol

You will NOT see the 5410's appear on the invoice, if they were upgraded they will just appear in your server, not on the invoice!

Can't go wrong- now we're looking at a ~$1400 server for $296

Yeah you were the "Buddy" lol I just didn't want to say who you were in case you wanted to stay anonymous

Anyways, the bandwidth glitch has been fixed.. :/ But you will still get double everythign which is a sweet deal and you might just find yourself with upgraded processors for free as well
