Hello,

I'm looking for a great hosting company to host the script.

1. shared hosting with Direct admin cp.
2. all applications installed to run clip share.
3. allow adult content.

Why are you so mad about DirectAdmin?

First - no chance to run serious video share website on shared plan.
Second - most VPS and dedicated offers CPanel or Plesk.

If you need Direct Admin i can recommend Host1Plus hosting. As I know they allow adult content in one of their servers (they have six of them arround the world)
