activation mail

Hi all,

Only registered member can upload video, but when they register themselve, it will be possible get an activation link via mail? So I can be more sure about them.

I am sure that if you turn on option Verify email in settings, users need to clink on link in email bfore they can upload.

They still can post comments and watch but cant upload before they activate link.
