Upgrade from 3.01 to 4.01

If already own CS 3.01 and wannt to upgrade to 4.01. Do I only have to buy "One Year Free Updates Period " to get hold of 4.01?

Yes. 4.0 contains a simple script (and readme) for the upgrade.

What are the differences between 3.01 and 4.0?
How much does it cost to upgrade? Also, I'm using Darkmatter 3.0 is this compatible with 4.0?

Main differences:
1. faster
2. full seo urls
3. clean code
4. multi-language
5. 4 templates available

Upgrade costs 25$.
Not compatible with the Clear/Dark Matter templates (yet).

i don't remember which version I have now as when I bought it was 1.6 and after that I have updated to clip-share pro version. my programmers modified a lot after that. Now If I upgrade the clipshare script with version 4, can we keep all the same user database as that's more important than the video clips for me. If I can, how can I do it? I need to know before I go for Version 4, there are few things which I need. Please suggest me by looking my current site at www.BDTube.com and how much it will cost me to upgrade it?

Hi,

you will be able to keep all database tables/data, also videos, photo's, channels...will remain intact, but you will lose all script/template changes.
You are running a older version of clipshare so there are 2 upgrade services
required, it will cost 50$.

That's not a problem if I lose the script/templete changes, but can I still integrate my other 3rd party MODs like picture, music, adult etc .... I would like to change the language in Bengali as well.

Explain me how we will keep all the previous data please. or let me know if you offer this sevice or not and how much it will cost me?

Hi,

I dont know if you will be able to integrate the 3rd party modules, if the have
updated modules that work with 4.x then yes, if not no. If you know english
then its very easy to add the Bengali language, you will need to translate a few
language files.

Download latest version from the Client Area, and it contains upgrade instructions and scripts you need to run.
