Exclamation New Order, your new customer is waiting your answer very nervously

Hi,
I ordered yesterday. I am wondering if you can set up the clipshare in my host, or not. I am nervous because I don't have any idea about my host. I hope you can check my order, and at least say that yes you will start to do it. If not, I will be very very sorry. I don't plan to buy a dedicated service paying like 300, 500 dolars maybe more money per year. However, if my host is not good for the software, and if you know somewhere good with the software for 200 per year, or at most 250, then I may think about passing there, and you may do your job. Hence, can you just let me know if everything is ok, or not. My host is new, and I have a few days to let them know if I am going to stay there or not. By the way, can you change my membership group? I made a mistake when I selected my group. I forgot to send my order number, and the other info. However, I sent an email to administrator including the info.
Thanks,

What is this
I think your forum is open for spams! Weird! I guess there was an activation email to register, and so this cannot be a robot.

Hi,

Clipshare requires a few modules to be able to upload/convert videos. If these modules are not installed by your hosting company, we will need ssh root
access to install these modules (mencoder, mplayer, flvtool2 and ffmpeg).

Hi,
I have talked to hostmonster.com, and they said that they are not compatible with CS a few hours ago. Actually, I saw a message misleading me in this forum. Then, I ordered server installation. Hence, someone needs to add a comment to that message. Also, SSH access and the explanation about Root access is not good. Instead of SSH access term, CS admins should just use Root access. I am going to get another host for CS soon which doesn't require server installation. Then, I sent an email to clipshare@gmail.com to get a refund. I want the other installations, but to get CS, everything costed me too much, and so I have to ask for a refund of server installation at least to go with CS. I liked CS, but CS merchandise can be thoughtful about my impatience. I asked my question with the name Tuncberke, and searching the forum forced me to add server setup. Hence, I am waiting for everything to be cleared. Thank you for your message.
