Question Support ticket has been renewed, please answer

Hi,
I changed my hosting, and gave all informations in the installation ticket today at 4 pm. I have also some other features purchased. I have logo rebranding, youtube plugin. Hence, please check my old ticket (install ticket) that has been updated. How long do I need to wait for? It says installation takes 2 days, logo rebranding 2 days. By the way. you are going to integrate the youtube plugin during the installation, right?
Moreover, can somebody activate my membership group here please?

Hi,

Please give me your ticket ID. If you completed the form correctly your group
membership should be active. Please write a ticket to the Sales Department about the membership problem.

Install ID is ZSB-350666
Logo ID is TXV-689445 and SOH-474212 (I thought it didn't upload the logo)
So, I have an installation with youtube plugin, and logo rebranding. I appreciated your answer.
First time I didn't complete the form correctly, and later I think I filled it correctly. I will write a ticket to the Sales Department. Thanks,

Hi,
If someone from the clipshare staffs can work on my order, that would be good. I ordered last week, and changed the host on Thursday, but still nothing. My order includes installation, youtube plugin, and logo. Can you please start to do something? I think I don't need to repead your policy if your business is a serious one.

I think you mean you are just taking care of the support isues. I hope the installers, and logo rebranders can be thoughtfull to think about starting the job like you. Thanks,
