I just want to let those that are thinking about purchasing the software to beware that this site fails to provide speedy support (tickets longer then three days). They took two weeks to install the re-branding service and failed to correct the issue that the site will not allow anyone to upload videos afterwards.
They don't work weekends so this tells me that this is not a business but a hobby and one day will go under due to the lack of customer support.. I like the software but if I don't receive what I consider reasonable support I go somewhere else. |

Hi,
Basically, i respond to tickets every day. If there is a ticket that isnt responded, there could be the possibility that i missed it (i'm also human, this happens in 0.1% of the cases), i'm working on your ticket and will reply once fixed or its weekend. From what i know, weekens are for relaxing and getting new strength for the next week. There are alot o users here who can confirm our support is replying to tickets, our support is resolving problems, and some that can say support was not able to help me. In any cases, i try to do my best, of course there are cases when i cant fix a problem (there are cases, where a support team of 100 persons cant fix a problem). Support and script quality improves every day (please check updates, please check users that are happy with our support). |

They charged me $404 for 1 script and i've been trying to get my money back but it takes them 2 to 3 days to return my emails plus they dont work weekends. Now its been nearly three weeks. Ive send a lot of emails to them explaining my situation but i haven't got my money back.

I remember once I bought a license of CLipShare...
After payment I waited 3-4 hours. Then I emailed them to get access to purchased software. After half of hour received responce, they will activate my account in some next hours. And it was about 2 hours, no more... So I could download my software in about 5 hours from purchase. Then I bought template and it was much faster I could access it. So in my case it was not so bad. ![]() I don't mind if they don't work on weekends. I can imagine how busy CS team must be.

Hi,
Thats a good idea, but some of us must live. I also provided 3 years of free support for a Linux Distribution i created and a lot of free development for my school, but there comes the time when you need money to live. |
