Need status update on my server set-up and installation 6/30/08

Hello,

I submitted several tickets on 6/30/08 to get me up and running. I followed the instructions provided in my confirmation email (post purchase).

Bascially, I ordered server set-up, script installation, player rebranding, youtube grabber plug-in, multi-server set-up, among others. I have submitted tickets - have not heard back and does not appear there is anything being done in terms of getting me up and running.

I see that the site says allow 2 business days maximum - but has been 3-4 business days now. No word ansd appears no activity. Looking to confirm if my tickets have been received and when they are planning to do the set-up/install.

Please advise.

just realized it has now only been two days. Sorry about that - thought it was longer than that. Can you tell I am excited?

Anyway - please confirm the tickets have been received - and when you might be able to get around to getting me up. Thanks
