System check - xvid & theora missing

Hello,
Sorry for posting a post sale question here. I am waiting on customer status approval and was hoping someone could answer this while pending...

when I do a system check - all works ok except I get

XVID Support
missing ()
THEORA Support
missing (

Sorry totally clueless with this stuff, but not afraid to bang my way through it with your help

I am wondering if these are important and how to install them. I am hosting with cirtexhosting.com (do they offer this support?)

Hi,

This means if you upload a XVID or THEORA (OGG) video it will not work. Thats it. They should actually have both installed, xvid and theora. Cirtex was very good when they started, but since some time, the servers are slow and sometimes actually down. I recommend you get a VPS from another company.

Thanks for info. for right now I am please with service I am getting from cirtex. I want to see if clipshare will work for my needs.

In my system check admin page i got these error.
JPEG Supportmissing (), LAME Supportmissing (), XVID Support missing().
Although i can't play video.
Any idea to fix this
