Default Current customer: no full access to the forums 5 days already

Hi

We've paid for the script 10 days ago, 5 days ago I requested an upgrade my forum account to "Customers" group. Nothing...
Why your customers cannot access all forums and why we must wait this upgrade? :-? We paid you already. :evil:

I registered and bought Clip-Share 05-27-2008. I have full access to the Client Area, just not forums. I do mention this in tickets but they completely ignore it. They even told me you did not buy Clip-Share. When I registered on Client-Area, included my order number, and they approved the account.

Finally, in the "Client Area" I see they approved my account until 24.09.2008


ClipShare Pro Customers
Expires 24 Sep 2008 (???)

But here I registered with a different email, and I still cannot access forums

Why don't you follow the instructions ? You don't have to send emails, tickets, private messages to get your forum account upgraded! We work organized. You must follow the instrutions you are given. You must fill your profile with the order number and domain, you must join the customers group, you must put the order number and domain in the reason field when you join. And you will be upgraded 100%, like thousands of users have already been. Approvals are done daily. I just checked the admin, and YOU DID NOT REQUEST TO JOIN THE CUSTOMERS GROUP! So please don't complain if you can't follow simple instructions.

Use the original order number, from the purchase of the license, not the upgrade order number.
