Need to replace clip-share logo

Hi I need to replace the clip share pro 4 logo with my logo on my site iam told that it is called logo.gif and it is in the images folder and that i just need to upload mine and replace thier , but the logo.gif is not in my images folderwhen my installation was done that file is not thier......i was hoping someone could help me out with cheers

The image of the logo is in "/images/tpl_logo.png"

It's called by "tpl_style.css" in "#head h1"

Don't forget to change also the class "a.logo" for the width and height of the link.

I want to edit the signup page where it says you must be 14 and change that to 18 not sure what file it is where i can make that change
Also want to change at the bottom of every page where has all the links

First, buy the program and then post these questions in the "How to" section, which you can do as a customer. Posting questions about how to edit the program as a "pre-sales" question is the height of irony. That ain't a "pre-sales" question... it's a "post-purchase" question.

But, assuming you are a customer, and just couldn't find the "how to" section, here's how to edit your pages. Download a copy of Ultraedit (tool used by programmers) and use it to search in the tpl files (template files) to find the text you wish to change. It will show you all the files where that text is found. To do this, first, duplicate your installation via ftp in your personal computer. Next, do the search ("Search > Find in Files"). In Ultraedit this feature will search through entire directories and show you all the file names and line numbers where all instances (of what you are looking for) can be found. Load the appropriate file(s) to change into the UltraEdit windows. Edit the text in the files you found with the new text to suit your fancy. Then copy that back to your server, but don't overwrite the original. Instead of overwriting, prior to transferring your changed file, just change the file name of any file(s) you were going to overwrite so that it now has a restore-friendly name like head1BACK1.tpl or footerSAFE1.tpl, or footerSAFE2.tpl , then copy over your newly changed file. You can refresh in your browser to see your handiwork and then make more changes in your Ultraedit or you can use any of your BACK or SAFE files to restore.

Hi,

does anyone here know how to change the logo with also words in mouse over .... I changed my logo, but when you put your mouse over it it says 'ClipShare Pro' and i don't want it to say that! Any ideas on how to take it off or change it ....

Its simple Just go to /templates/header_view_video.tpl and find:

<h1><a href="{$baseurl}/" title="ClipShare Pro" class="logo">ClipShare Pro</a></h1>

and replace the "ClipShare Pro" with what ever you want. You will also have to change it in /templates/view_video.tpl and header_view_video.tpl. You see simple

I followed the instructions to remove ClipShare Pro on logo rollover and it didn't remove the old reference on rollover. Cleared cache in browser - no difference.
