Hi -
I am having difficulties getting feedback on the tickets I have submitted into the helpdesk. Seems a bit sporadic at best. Been 10 days since I issued the tickets for server set-up, installation, video grabber plug in, etc... Not set up yet. I really need someone to get on this for me. I have a couple programmers in the wings - ready to do some customization to the site - and really need to knwo when it will the site will be launch. Looking for a due date or something. Anyway - hoping to escalate my request/tickets in hopes that we can put a priority to my set-up and installation. Please please please!!!! 10 days is a long time. Danny - anything you can do? |

Hi - for reference - the below is a list of tickets that have been submitted. All related to my set-up and installation.

Hi,
I checked your ticket and replied to some of them. I cant download the elasticfox plugin (there is nothing to download), i cant use puttin i'm on Linux. I need a server with ssh root access, with a password, without any keys configured. If i have this installation takes 2 hours. On Linux i have a ssh client, but you didnt provide me with a system to add my public key on your server and then be able to connect, if you can do this i can connect without a password. I apologise for the inconvenience. |

Hi - ok - please check the latest ticket - have provided additional information - hope that is what you are looking for.
