Default Good Customer Service

My parnters and I have been trolling the boards for awhile. There seems to be good bit of bashing on the customer service and how long it takes them to process a request. We bought clip-share pro last week, submitted a ticket yesterday, and all the modules and program were put on our server today. We couldnt ask for a better turn around time and smooth transition. We just wanted to say thanks for making this so easy for us. Thank You

Just wanted to echo the positive sentiments of 3DG1. I've been monitoring the message boards for a while and decided to purchase 4.0 earlier this week. I followed the instructions and submitted a ticket for server installation.
Usually I want to make sure that I'm doing everything on my side to avoid any hiccups along the way, so I tested all of the logins/passwords/ssh stuff on the new server before my request.

This afternoon, I get an update on the ticket. Everything was done as promised and I am ready to add videos to my site. Would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to Joseph and everyone at ClipShare.
Thanks for making this very smooth, I appreciate it very much.
