Thumbnail Not Available ... any Support
When I Upload Any Video i get : Thumbnail Not Available.
But I Can Playing The Videos .... Can any body Help me . When I Upload (*.flv ) I Get Thumbnail Not Available . Any Help please I have clip-share 4.0.7 |

@dddjjj, how is that a "pre-sales" question, if you already have it installed?
As described in another thread, the poster "ppc2you" solved his problem by engaging the clip-share install service to put the proper modules on his server. Most likely, if you are experiencing that same problem (thumbnails not showing), you have something wrong with your server set-up. As I always say, if you aren't a server sys-admin, get the server set-up and the installation (two separate tasks) professionally done by these guys (I've had several and everything works great). And secondly, after that, if you have any other problems, fill out a help-desk support ticket.... those really work. Last edited by perspicacious : 07-18-2008 at 12:31 PM. |

in admin panel in media setting.change your thumb module to mplayer insted of ffmpeg.should work.
