Ticket Responses...

I have been trying to get clip-share installed on my server for over 1 month now... Originally I had a server that the scrip-share team couldn't configure because it apparently had a strange layout... so i bought a new server, and on Friday last week Adrian started (but ever finished) my final installation after he finally managed to configure my server. However it's now been over a week since I have heard from anyone at clip-share despite my numerous tickets. So a month after buying clip-share pro, server setup, script installation and rebranding I have no website and I have no idea if clip-share will ever finish what they started or if I have to contact SWREG and try get my money back...

Maybe you should think twice before paying for the script and look elsewhere. I will not recommend this service to anyone!

WOOHOOO - They finally installed it for me and it works! It only took a month LOL

I sent in a ticket yesterday and I was told I'd get a reply within 24 hours...27 hours later, still no reply.

Here you are advertising your own site over and over in post after post on the clip-share forum (and they have been happy for you to do that). You have been here long enough to know these guys are good folk... and here you don't have the patience to wait a few days? You should know by now, if they have any delay in responding... it's not because they are sloughing off. It would meant that they have legitimate projects they are working on from which you and (all of us)will benefit. Be a buddy and stand by these guys. They will get your problems solved and you know that. Sometimes you wait a bit... but, it's ok. They always come through (and you already knew that they don't work weekends).
