Support clip-share please Help me My Ticket ID: ZYP-891471

I have purchased your Server Setup service for ClipShare. Anyhow, when I tried using the system, I soon discovered that some settings were wrong, and that some directory permissions were not preporly sey. First of all, why this happened? The cache directories were not set to writable permissions.
Then, on my server ffmpeg does not seem to be working properly. Thumbnails are not generated with it, so I am forced to switch to mplayer. Yet, your tech setup the system to use ffmpeg. Can you help me determine why ffmpeg is not working as it should?

i had this same issue when setting up the server via clipshare

ffmpeg was not installed, just mplayer

simply resubmit a ticket asking them to install ffpmeg and also ffmpeg-php , they will do that for you no problem
