upload error

Hi everytime i try to upload a video i get the following error

Error: returned status code 500 Internal Server Error

what can i do to fix this? thanks!

This is not a presales question. Please submit in the right category.

Possible reasons:
1. cgi-bin/ubr_uplad.pl has not the right permissions, must be 755.
2. cgi is not enabled on your domain.
