Default SEO Control

Hello,

just wondering if clip share 4 pro gives me control over the SEO TITLE Tags on the homepage.
Some scripts just use the actual name of your site as the title so you cant put in all your keywords because it displays them in emails and other areas.

Do i have full control over title tags for at least the homepage and description tags.

If you're so curious about SEO and meta tags, then you act as you know little bit more about it. But seems you only heard of it something, but not so much...

Enough is to visit ClipShare demo site and check html source, to see that script is using different meta titles, descriptions, keywords for homepage, and for each video page.

So difficult?

From other hand - don't forget, ClipSahre is SHARE VIDEO script, and you shouldn't treat it as SEO base.

Hi,

SEO meta description and keywords are only valid for view video pages. The rest of the pages have default tags which can be defined in siteadmin.

We plan on adding this feature for 4.1.

im not treating it as seo base, i just need to have certain keywords on the homepage, and i wanted to separate them from the actual site name but it doesnt seem like it can be done yet according to symtab's response.

Man, everything can be done.
You can have different metas for title, description, keywords for each and every page with some php+smarty knowledge.

In ClipShare Admin on very first page that appear you have settings so you can enter your own title, description and keywords for metas.
This is what on homepage will appear and other pages apart of video pages.
